At Chebarbartiko Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and package every item before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only if the delivered product is returned in its original condition, including:

• The product’s original box or packaging,

• The product tag, and

• All accessories provided with the product.

To qualify, the product must remain unused, undamaged, and properly sealed.

2. Reporting an Issue

If the delivered product has missing accessories, is defective, damaged, different from what you ordered, or incomplete, please inform Chebarbartiko Shop on the same day of delivery.
Prompt reporting ensures faster resolution and smooth processing of your return.

3. Replacement and Refund Process

• If a replacement is requested and the same product is available, we will process a replacement promptly.

• If the product is unavailable, Chebarbartiko Shop will issue a full refund instead.

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be refunded along with the refund amount if the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item delivered).

• In cases where the product is defective or damaged, shipping fees will not be refunded.

• Returns requested for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) will not include a refund for shipping charges.

5. Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted:

• The item must be in sealed packaging.

• The item must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

• Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or installation are not eligible for return.

6. Important Notes

Returns are handled by sellers in line with Chebarbartiko Shop’s Return Policy.
Chebarbartiko reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
